How do I make a return?
We offer 30 days of open purchase from the day you received your order regarding goods purchased in our own online store, Lillsport.se. For Lillsport goods purchased from one of our retailers, the return must be made directly at them!
The item needs to be unused, undamaged and included with our original labels for a return to be approved.
To make a return to us, please let us know first at email@example.com. Please state the reason for the return and your order number.
Feel free to use the packaging you received your goods in when you return, or other suitable cardboard. Attach the shipping label clearly to the packaging and hand it in to the shipping agent.
If you regret a purchases, it is you as a customer who pays and arranges the return to us, we therefore do not send out a return form. Keep in mind that you always bear the risk when transporting a return.

As soon as the goods have entered our warehouse, Klarna will handle the refund.
If you want to change an item, it is the same approach as above. But importantly, you send back what you don't want to us, and then place a new order in our webshop on what you want. We do not make any direct changes, a new order is required.
Expect it to take up to two weeks from the time you send your return, until we receive and register it. If you have selected Klarna Faktura, you can pause your purchase and wait for confirmation of the return.
If you have paid by card, it may take up to 5 days for the money to be refunded. The money will then be put back on the card used in the purchase.
Any original shipping cost will not be refunded. As a customer, you are responsible for the shipping when returning an item.
How do I make a reclamation?
If you have received a defective or faulty item, you should make a complaint.
Email customer service: firstname.lastname@example.org;
enter the order number, describe your case and if you want your money back or a new item.
We also need to get a picture of the product and the complaint. This facilitates complaint handling for both you and us.
You will then receive a return note from us, which you attach clearly visible to the packaging. Feel free to use the same packaging that you received your goods in when you return, or other suitable cardboard. Hand in the packaging to the nearest postal office.
When you submit your complaint to a postal agent, you will be awarded a delivery slip. Save this until your complaint is fully implemented and you have received a confirmation from us.
